Dick's tenure was marked by revenue growth from $7.8 billion to $56 billion, successful corporate acquisitions, and major improvements in production and operations efficiency.

 

Don Rosselli
Executive Vice President, Southwest Region


With over three decades of mortgage experience, Don is a consummate professional and industry veteran who is well-versed in all aspects of loan production management. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President for IndyMac Bank. In 1995, Don came to Metrocities Mortgage from First Nationwide Bank, where, as Regional Director, he oversaw loan production in 15 Southern California branch offices. He additionally has served as Executive Vice President of First Advantage Mortgage, an affiliate of Fred Sands Realtors, which at the time of his tenure was the 5th largest real estate company in the United States.

 

Harry Tomlinson III
Executive Vice President, Northeastern and Midwest Regional Manager


With more than 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Harry V. Tomlinson III, M.B.A., most recently served as Senior Vice President, Area Manager, for Washington Mutual in Langhorne, PA, where he was responsible for growing Washington Mutual’s production from $5 billion to $12 billion. Prior to that, he served as Senior Vice President, Regional Production Manager, Sears Mortgage Corporation, overseeing originations increase from $500 million to $2 billion in four years, as well as originations staff expansion from 67 to 200 loan officers.



Lynette Hale-Lee
EVP, Southwest Region

A member of the Metrocities’ team since 1999, Lynette Hale-Lee has more than 20 years of experience in real estate-related industries, including escrow, title, mortgage origination, business development, sales, marketing and management. Under her direction, Desert Heritage Mortgage, the in-house lending partner for Realty Executives of Phoenix, the nation’s 11th largest real estate company, has become one of Metrocities’ top producing joint ventures.



Anna Ruotolo
Executive Vice President, Northwest Region

Anna Ruotolo has an established reputation as being a leader in Affiliated Business Arrangement/joint venture partnerships and has more than 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry, most recently serving as President of a Chase affiliate/Prudential California Real Estate: The Home Loan Group (Prudential is the 10th largest real estate company in the U.S.). She helped the Pleasanton company grow from six California offices to 52 facilities in three states, with $1.2 billion in annual fundings. In 2003, the firm created a joint venture partnership with Chase Venture Holdings, the largest joint venture in the nation for that financial group.

 

Virginia Martinez
Executive Vice President, Southwest Region 

Virginia brings over 20 years of financial industry and mortgage banking expertise to her role. Her broad expertise includes emerging markets and government loan programs. Virginia managed a five-branch region for Countrywide Home Loans, including overseeing the highest volume branch in their system, and managing their top loan officer in the country. During her tenure at California Federal, she held positions including District Operations Manager and Bank Manager.
