Prior to joining Metrocities, I worked with HBM for over 5 years. HBM is a great way to assist Realtors® with their contacts and to help develop pipelines. I look forward to working with HBM again. I am sure it will be more profitable in a joint venture environment, since the majority of the contacts entered into HBM are the Agents' best clients and pre-screened contacts.

Here's how HBM benefits me:
- Realtors put their contacts in the system (instead of keeping them in day planners or on sticky notes). I then have an immediate opportunity to contact buyers early in the process and establish relationships. In the past, I received the contact information when the Realtor was ready. Of course Realtor’s like to refer leads to LO’s who reciprocate. If you can increase their business with referrals, or increase their sales with a plan that captures contacts who are slipping through the cracks, then you will capture more or all of their business.
